Products shown on the www.italosport.com website do not imply a legally binding offer, but are just an online catalogue. Clicking on the button “invia ordine” (send order) completes the sales contract for all products contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the order happens at the same time with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending it. The order confirmation will be shown on the website and a confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address listed by the purchaser. The sales contract is finalized with this confirmation although Italo Sport snc reserves itself the right to withdraw from the contract in exceptional cases (.i.e. unavailability of product). In this case will the purchaser be immediately contacted.

Professionalism and proven experience in the branch notwithstanding may the possibility of a faulted article arise. In this case can eventual complaints be directed to the above mentioned points of contact. In case of returning merchandise we invite the client to use the proper merchandise returning form describing the encountered imperfection (maybe highlighting it with a small adhesive on the product) and enclosing it to the wrapping to-be-returned.
05) Product guarantee
The act of acquiring a product is covered by the legal guarantee according to articles 1519 bis and 1519 nonies of the Italian Civil Code, therefore, in case of products with faults covered by the guarantee, will italosport s.n.c. manage the contact with the producer and/or supplier aiming at the most favourable solution.
06) Merchandise accompanying document
Every sale by mail will be followed by an accompanying document as stated in art..1 of the D.M. 21.12.1992 n.15. We invite the customer to keep the accompanying document in any case as important proof of purchase and fundamental in case of opposition in cases of complaints.
07) Competent court
The Italian law states that the jurisdiction in cases of controversy in e-commerce contracts lays at the Civil Judge of the residency or domicile of the purchaser, if located in the Italian territory, as stated in the consumers-protecting laws.
08) Disclaimer

1) Mailing
Mailing costs are automatically supplied by the system and shown before the order confirmation.
Delivery will be directly at your home. It is not possible to send to postal boxes or poste restante.
Normally are incoming orders taken care of and mailed within 7 days. Delivery time might be delayed especially in case of distant areas or isles. To ensure the delivery it is necessary for you to insert a telephone as point of contact in the therefore foreseen field (merchandise purchase cart)
Orders will be delivered after payment.
N.B.: For deliveries out of the E.U. a previous agreement is necessary because the delivery costs may vary (i.e. toll taxes etc.) which will be in any case born by the client.
Italo Sport s.n.c. informs you that in some cases a delay in delivery may occur for example due to unavailability of the product which must be re-supplied. In this case you will be immediately notified. In any case do we reserve ourselves the right to proceed with partial-deliveries when only a part o the ordered articles should be available. The available merchandise will be delivered and only that one charged to the client.
2) Right to recede – returning goods
Should the client not be satisfied of the purchase, has he/she the right to recede from the contract or change the merchandise asking for permission to recede. This right must be exercised within 10 working days. We ask you to check that the package is not damaged when you receive the merchandise; contrarily please complain immediately to the courier and inform also Italo Sport S.n.c.. In case of faulted merchandise it will be up to you to contact Italo Sport S.n.c., within the time-limit stated by law. Italo Sport s.n.c. will immediately contact the producing company which in turn will repair or change the merchandise.
The merchandise must be mailed, enclosing the specific returning merchandise form, to Italo Sport S.n.c. Via Dolomiti 7 39034 Dobbiaco (BZ) . Mailing costs (handling, taxes), will always be born by you (both ways). It is not possible to return or change merchandise which is not in perfect conditions (i.e.: dirty, damaged articles or articles with clear wearing marks), or lacking original tag and labels.
Merchandise on sale (discounted) is excluded from the right of recess or change.
3) Methods of payment
The minimum amount of the order must be 19,00 Euro for the Italian National territory and 49,00 or EU Countries. Following methods of payment can be used:
-Credit card ( VISA, CartaSi, MasterCard- the amount will be charged when the goods leave our stock).
-Cash att reception (the payment can be done during the delivery of the merchandise, in this case the client must pay a delivery tax of 6,00 Euro)
-Bank transfer (the client pays in advance, transferring the amount on the checking account (see bank coordinates below) the merchandise will be mailed once the payment has been done.
For NON-EU-countries, no payment at reception/delivery is accepted.
Italo Sport S.n.c. reserves itself the right of not accepting some forms of payment. The merchandise will not be delivered and will remain in our possession until a regular payment has happened.

5) Privacy – data protection - security
All personal data are treated in absolute respect of current Italian National laws.
Disclosure in accordance with art. 13 of the TESTO UNICO SULLA PRIVACY (Legislative decree n. 196 of the 30th of June 2003: Personal data of the client will be treated only for executing obligations deriving from a sales contract and for the fulfilment of orders. Stating your personal data is not mandatory but the data are indispensable, otherwise will the fulfilment of the obligations deriving from the sales contract be impossible. The data stated by the client will only be used for the purpose he/she him/herself specifies. It will be our care and will to protect all your rights to privacy.
Data stated by the client will in no case be handed over to third parties, only exception our mailing partner to whom the mailing address will be given.

Buying on Italosport.com is very easy, it is sufficient to choose an article and the size, click on the button “add to cart” (on top right) insert the destination and the method of payment and to click on “continue with the order” (down right). At this point you will visualize your order with the articles, the quantities, the prices and the mailing costs. Insert the mailing address and confirm the order.
